A pasty could be a couple of things: A small meat filled pastry kind of like a turnover. Filled with an assortment of ingredients like meat or potatoes and onions, etc. Or for the adult version, it would be a small decorative adhesive that covers a womans nipples usually worn by strippers, female dancers or club goers.
