Dubai Aquarium It’s A Cracker

Looks like one of mossads tennis balls went astray…

A crack developed in the centrepiece attraction at the Dubai Mall

Dubai Aquarium

Dubai aquarium is one of the world’s largest and houses thousands of  fish including hundreds of sharks and stingrays swimming in a 10 million litre fish bowl.

I feel sorry for the fish. Dubai tries too hard to create unnatural wonders. If you want to see fish, go to the ocean. If you want a 160 story view (Burj Tower), climb a mountain.

A gold mine of jests all unearthed whilst researching travelling to Dubai and the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix

  • The two sharks you see in the photo are actually Mossad agents working to bring down the system from within… needless to say, they took their flights to Dubai on a British passport…
  • They could plug the crack with a few dozen fake passports.

Of course someone had to come and spoil the jolly frivolity

If this happened at Westfield or Bluewater, it would be a non event and might make a small column buried in the paper.

But, it’s Crazy Dubai!

So let’s put on front page and highlight it and continue the ridiculous attacks on Dubai.

Sorry, more news, far greater issues to be read about in the UK rather than crazy Dubai. This kind of story is just glossing over cracks at home.

I appreciate that some people look for every excuse to knock Dubai & the Middle-East in general, (just as some others can never see any wrong) but please: “If this happened at Westfield or Bluewater, it would be a non event.”

No it wouldn’t! Aside from the fact we have nothing comparable, if it HAD happened in this country it would be all over the front pages, it would be all over the centre pages, there’d be interviews with specialists, a half dozen commentators would be talking about it in their columns – and that would be each paper.

We’d also have rolling 15 minute updates on our news channels, 24 hours a day for about a fortnight! (Not to mention endless panels of ‘experts’ talking it to death).

It IS an interesting one-off story from a foreign country, if it were in our country we’d never hear the end of it…
