		<description>A Citizen&#039;s Bank (aka Charter One) teller has actually been caught stealing our cash back and was not fired for it! I cannot imagine why they would tolerate employee dishonesty on this level. Also their fees are outrageous. $45 for one penny overdraw. They don&#039;t tell you this by a phone call or email (though they bombard you with stupid surveys via phone and send umpteen emails with spam junk). They notify you of an over darw with postal mail so it takes longer and guess what? With every passing day, they charge another $45 overdraw fee to the same account, thus overdrawing it even more. So in the four days it takes them to get a postal letter to you, you could have a lovely $180 fee! It doesn&#039;t matter if you have $1 million in your savings. They will rob you if your checking is one penny overdrawn. I&#039;ve even signed up for their automatic transfer from savings to prevent this and they didn&#039;t do it. Yes, an overdraw is my mistake; but $45 A DAY?!? I don&#039;t mind paying a one-time $45 fee for my mistake but four days of it is ridiculous.</description>

When it was explained to me in training that Natwest customers are renowned for their stupidity I never thought they meant it so literally.... Card readers for instance, READ the instructions and you can&#039;t go wrong, unless their is something wrong with you perhaps?!
Locked out from online/telephone banking? ...... You have and you did get details wrong... how about just this one time we gave you access to your accounts and all funds within them by just promising you are who you say you are??? No?</description>

		<description>PM - Had a cracker from that place in the centre of Bude last weekend, you can watch them make the pasties so I ordered 12 to take home. 

Bad banks, I rented a card machine from Lloyds TSB, sold the business and returned the machine. 6 months later, the machine company called me and told them the machine was never returned. Fortunately, I had sent it recorded but this company was just scamming UK businesses for hundreds of opounds. Lloyds didn&#039;t want to know even though they mad me sign the agreement!</description>

		<description>The online sevice is crap, they are unhelpful, there fraud protection is crap and to top it all the new visa switch card doesnt always allow cash back in small shops when other visa bank cards do, they are totally crap!!!!! The card reader is a waste of time and a joke, the phone help it useless, they take ages to send stuff by post especially when you need it urgently. I have just lost my online accsess and it will take 7 to 10 days to get it back. Why cant they email me they have my address. All they say it I have enterd my details wrong, NO I BLOODY HAVENT!! I am changing banks, can anyone recommend one that isnt useless!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and while I am having a rant STOP TRYING TO SELL ME STUFF IN BRANCH. IF I WANT IT I WILL ASK FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!</description>

They&#039;ve just closed the branch in Braunton (North Devon), we used to have five in the village, now there are two left and one only opens in the mornings which means that Lloyds is always busy.  Not that Lloyds will employ more staff, the existing staff just look at a permanent queue and all want to leave.  The village is now full of surf shops and eateries serving non Devon food to merchant bankers who have bought most of the properties in the village and live in them for two weeks of the year!
