Fun with Bedding – let your duvet wrap you like a sausage roll
BBC Radio One’s Chris Moyles show (the muncher is a BIG fan of this radio superstar) on the day of Comedy Dave’s Birthday his missus phoned in to tell the awaiting world about the bedroom antics he got up to the night before.
“last night before going to sleep “Comedy” Dave rolled himself up in the duvet and exclaimed I AM THE MEAT” – he being the filling in a giant sausage roll – the pastry is the duvet cover.
This curious tale prompted Seb Roberts to go out into his town and make this naked blog video response – this video has now been removed.
What I particularly enjoyed is the way he had to try to keep the sign visible whilst the bedding he was sporting kept trailing behind him almost revealing his own sausage roll.
It was curious to note that very few people he met had heard the show.
Now Gargmoyles claims to have boosted the listening figures considerably – the self proclaimed “Saviour of Radio 1″ reckons more people throw back the bedspreads in the morning and tune in to hear him than any other disc jockey in Britain.
On a similar theme how about a piggy in a blanket?

My son will put himself between two bedspreads and claim he is a sandwich. Then my wife will pretend to put some sauce on him.
im not a huge fan of these recipes but if im hungry ill eat just about anything.
Before we go to bed, we always let our daughter roll in the bed while we watch her. She just loves to roll around in the soft bed. We were shocked that she can actually sit on her own in the bed. Its pretty cool to see her learn new things all the time lately. She can get herself into the crawling postion, but can’t quite move forward much yet.

Well I was blushing there for a second picturing this incident but then had to laugh at loud. I think the lesson here is to let yourself go and have fun while not taking everything too seriously. Thanks!

That might be a real fun because I always love to have fun on bed. There are many ways to do different type of fun and I hope this would be one of those.

There’s only one way to get that snug-as-a-bug-in-a-rug feeling, and that’s with down comforters.

Duvets are fun. Duvets are great. Duvets are warm and snuggly and they make the bed to easy to make! Not so sure about the feather variety though – you often get pricked by the feather ends. But then, if you have my favourite, a leopard print bed set, then who cares what’s inside the duvet?!
